Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2024
Last updated July 6, 2026
Overview
Your privacy is important to us. It is the policy of JuiceXP, Inc. ("JuiceXP", "we", "us") to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://juicelabs.io, our mobile applications, and other sites and services we own and operate (together, the "Services").
JuiceXP is a fan activation platform for live events. When you use the Services, you participate in programs, quests, and reward campaigns run by the event organizers, venues, and brands that use our platform (each, an "Organizer"). This policy explains what we collect and how we share it, including with the Organizers whose programs you choose to join.
The Services are operated in and intended for the United States. We store and process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use a website or online service.
In the event our site contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave our site.
Information We Collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: "voluntarily provided" information and "automatically collected" information.
"Voluntarily provided" information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions.
"Automatically collected" information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.
Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details about your visit.
Additionally, if you encounter certain errors while using the site, we may automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem.
Device Data
When you visit our website or interact with our services, we may automatically collect data about your device, such as:
- Device type
- Operating system
- Geo-location data
Data we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. We recommend checking the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn what information they make available to us.
Personal Information
We may ask for personal information, for example, when you register an account, complete a quest, or contact us, which may include one or more of the following:
- Name and username
- Email address
- Phone / mobile number
- Date of birth or age
- Content you submit, such as photos, videos, and text
- Social media handles and connected-account information
We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so, and we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to your account and the Services, such as verification codes, quest and reward updates, and event announcements. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@juicelabs.io.
We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party, and mobile information is never sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties or data brokers for their own marketing purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf (such as our text messaging platform provider), and, where you have joined an Organizer's program, with that Organizer as described in "How We Share Information" below.
Connected Third-Party Accounts
Some quests let you connect a third-party account, such as Spotify, Instagram, or Discord, to verify an action or personalize your experience. When you connect an account, we receive limited information from that service based on the permissions you grant, such as your profile identifier, username, and the specific data needed to complete the quest (for example, whether you follow an account or joined a server). We do not receive your password for those services.
You can disconnect a connected account at any time through your account settings or through the third-party service. Disconnecting may prevent you from completing quests that rely on that connection.
Location Information
Certain quests, such as check-ins at an event or venue, may ask for access to your device's precise location to confirm you are present. We collect precise location only with your permission, and you can disable location access at any time through your device settings. We may also infer approximate location from your IP address.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, local storage, and mobile identifiers) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and measure and improve performance. We use analytics and product measurement providers to help us understand usage.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.
How We Use Information
We may collect personal information from you when you register for an account, complete quests, redeem prizes, participate in Organizer programs, contact us, or interact with us on social media.
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes, and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their core features
- To administer quests, points, tiers, prizes, and ambassador programs
- To verify eligibility and prevent fraud and abuse
- To communicate with you by email, SMS, and push notification about your account, quests, rewards, and events
- To provide customer support
- To measure, understand, and improve the Services
- To comply with legal obligations
We may combine voluntarily provided and automatically collected personal information with general information or research data we receive from other trusted sources to improve our site and your experience on it.
How We Share Information
We share personal information in the following ways. We do not sell your personal information.
Event Organizers. When you join, participate in, or complete quests within an Organizer's program, we share your related information with that Organizer, which may include your name, username, email address, phone number, submissions, and participation activity. Organizers may export this information and use it in their own systems, subject to their own privacy practices and our terms. Once information is in an Organizer's hands, their use of it is governed by their own policies, not this one. If you do not want an Organizer to receive your information, do not join their program.
Service Providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, by category: cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, text messaging, push notifications, analytics and product measurement, error monitoring, artificial-intelligence content screening of submissions, and customer support chat. They may access personal information only to perform these services for us.
Sponsors and Partners. With an Organizer, we may share aggregated program results and, consistent with our Terms of Service and the applicable quest, fan submissions and related information with the Organizer's sponsors and partners for promotion connected to the event or program.
Prize Fulfillment. To deliver prizes you redeem, we may share the information needed for fulfillment, such as a recipient name, email, phone number, or shipping details, with the Organizer or the party responsible for fulfilling that prize.
Ticketing Partners. When you buy a ticket through an ambassador link or code, we may receive information about that purchase from the ticketing provider (such as order and sales activity tied to a code) to attribute the sale and calculate rewards.
Legal and Safety. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Sharing described in this policy is limited to operating the Services, delivering the programs you join, and the purposes stated above.
Information You Make Public
Some features are designed to be seen by others. Your name or username and your activity may appear on leaderboards, and content you submit may appear in galleries, event recaps, or pages accessible through a share link. Share links are unguessable but are not access-controlled, so anyone with the link can view the shared content. Consider this before submitting content you would not want shown publicly.
Security of Your Personal Information
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, and for ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have provided us with personal information as part of creating an account with us, we may retain this information for the duration your account exists on our system. If your personal information is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Ambassador programs require you to be at least 18. Some programs are further age-restricted by the Organizer (for example, programs involving alcohol sponsors require participants to be at least 21). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@juicelabs.io and we will delete it.
Where Your Information Is Processed
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. The Services are intended for users in the United States. If we transfer personal information across borders, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and protect it in accordance with this privacy policy.

You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our website or the products and/or services offered on or through it.
Information from third parties: If we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy. Business Transfers
If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data, including your personal information, among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any parties who acquire us may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, continue to use your personal information according to this policy.
Limits of Our Policy
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this privacy policy.
